THE HISTORIC NARROW BOAT OWNERS CLUB

A club that encourages the preservation, restoration and use of working and ex-working narrow boats

A. M. MODELS

A site for model narrow boats that also includes an excellent data base of working narrow boats.

THE NARROWBOAT TRUST

A charitable trust whose aim is to preserve and restore narrow boats and canal craft of all descriptions, exhibit the same and where possible promote the use of such boats for commercial carrying.

FRIENDS OF THE WORKING BOATS

As the name describes a body interested in the working boats of the canals.  They maintain and display a smallfleet of ex-working boats including Tunnel tug Birmingham, BCN tug Nanseen, an iron Joeyboat, and six ex GUCCCo boats

GENEAOLOGY SITE OF CHURCH of JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS

A geneaology site owned by The Mormon Church who hold probably the largest database of researchable British data.
